How we engage

The commercial terms, before you ask for them.

Scope & price: Fixed price against a written scope. Changes are quoted and signed before they are built.
Licence: A worldwide licence to install, access and use the software for your internal business operations, for one year, renewable in writing.
Support: Bug fixes, technical assistance and reasonable updates are included in the price for the licence term.
Confidentiality: Mutual. Nothing non-public that you disclose to us leaves the engagement without your written consent.
