Services

Systems that replace the spreadsheet everyone is quietly afraid of.

Four kinds of work. Each one is quoted against a written specification, built by the same team that wrote it, and supported after it goes live.

01 — Management platforms

AI-assisted management software

Operational platforms that read the data you already hold, flag what needs a decision, and let a small team carry a workload that used to need a large one. Models are chosen for the task, not for the pitch deck — and where a rule is clearer than a model, we use the rule.

Typical uses

  • Scheduling and dispatch under real constraints
  • Document intake, extraction and routing
  • Anomaly and exception detection on operational data
  • Forecasting demand, stock or workload

What you get

  • A working platform, not a proof of concept
  • Every automated decision traceable to its input
  • Manual override on every automated step
  • Admin tools your own team can operate

What we ask of you

  • Access to a representative sample of real data
  • One person who can answer process questions
  • Agreement on what “good enough” means, in numbers

02 — Custom build

Business software, built to your process

When off-the-shelf tools force your team to work backwards, the tool is the problem. We build the system the process actually needs — and only the parts of it you will use.

Web applications
Internal platforms your team lives in all day: fast, keyboard-friendly, and readable on a phone when someone is away from their desk.
Client portals
A single place for your customers to see status, documents and history, with the access rules you set.
Internal tooling
The small, unglamorous tools that remove a recurring manual step — usually the fastest return in the whole engagement.
Reporting
Numbers pulled from the source system rather than re-keyed, so the report and the reality agree.

03 — Integration

Integration and data migration

Most operational pain is not a missing system, it is three systems that disagree. We connect what you run and move your history across without losing it.

Integration

Accounting, CRM, e-commerce, logistics and internal tools connected through documented interfaces, with failures that alert someone instead of passing quietly.

Migration

Historical data mapped, cleaned and reconciled against the source, with a rehearsal run and a rollback plan before the real one.

04 — After go-live

Support and maintenance

Standard support and maintenance are included in the price for the duration of the licence term. You are not buying a system and then buying the right to keep it running.

Included
Bug fixes, technical assistance for your team, and reasonable updates to keep the software working as specified.
Response
Service levels are set in the specification for each engagement, so both sides know what “urgent” means before there is an urgent problem.
Not included
New functionality outside the agreed scope. It is quoted separately, and you decide whether it is worth building.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Fixed-scope project
A defined system, a fixed price, a delivery date. The most common way we work, and the one that suits a first engagement best.
Retained delivery team
A named team reserved for a rolling period when the roadmap is longer than a single project.
Support only
Maintenance and technical assistance for a system already in production, once we have reviewed it and can stand behind it.

Describe the problem in plain words. You will hear back from someone who can scope it, normally within two working days.
