What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, company, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we would rather you did not send them through the contact form.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal.
• To keep a record of our commercial correspondence.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the period required by the agreement and by applicable accounting and tax rules.

Who else sees it

Only service providers who help us run the site and our correspondence — hosting and email — acting on our instructions. These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates; where that happens we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from a third-party provider, which means your browser makes a request to that provider when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to hello@accelevoxuae.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
